Here's a forecast of upcoming events.
Quite a few 2027 conferences in Idaho simply haven't been announced yet. It's pretty common for mental health organizations to wait until the prior year's event wraps before locking in dates and venues for the next one. Expect this list to grow steadily over the coming months as more conferences, CEU workshops, and clinical trainings get published. Expect the bulk of new listings to come from professional associations: ACA and AMHCA Idaho chapters for licensed counselors, NASW Idaho chapters for social workers, the Idaho psychological association, AAMFT divisions for marriage and family therapists, and specialty groups like EMDRIA, ISST-D, and ABCT for clinicians focused on specific modalities. Each of those organizations tends to anchor at least one major event a year. Looking back at 2026, we ended up with roughly 5 conferences in Idaho once the dust settled. The cadence tends to repeat year over year, so 2027 will likely fill in to a comparable size. The most popular month was January (2 events), which tracks with the typical spring and fall conference seasons for therapists.
