We love hearing from therapists.
Seriously -- some of our best features started as a quick email or a note in the feedback box. Custom Instructions, Find & Replace, Sticky Notes, the ability to change your note format on the fly... all of these came from conversations with therapists who took a moment to share their ideas.
So if you have feedback, a suggestion, or even just a question -- we want to hear it.
Ways to share feedback
There are a few different ways to get in touch:
Feedback on documentation -- After generating a note, treatment plan, or custom template, you can submit feedback directly from that page. Great for "this note could be better if..." or "I wish this section included..."
Email us -- For feature requests, questions, or anything else, you can always reach us by email. We read and respond to every message.
Leave a review -- If Quill has been helpful to you, leaving a review helps other therapists discover us. (And honestly, it makes our day.)
Why we care about feedback
We're a small, family-owned company. We don't have a massive product team making decisions in a conference room somewhere. When you send us feedback, it goes directly to the people building Quill.
That means your ideas actually shape what we build next. Features get prioritized based on what therapists tell us they need. If something's frustrating, we want to fix it. If something's missing, we want to add it.
So please -- don't be shy. We're here to make your documentation easier, and we can't do that without hearing from you.
