After you generate documentation at Quill -- whether it's a progress note, a treatment plan, or something from a custom template -- you'll see a feedback box right on that page.
This is the easiest way to let us know how we're doing.
Where to find it
After generating your documentation, scroll down and look for the "Provide Feedback" section. You'll see a text box where you can type your thoughts, and a "Submit Feedback" button.
What to include
The feedback box is free-form, so you can write whatever's on your mind. But here are some things that are especially helpful:
If something could be better:
- What section of the note didn't quite work?
- What were you hoping to see instead?
- Was there something in your summary that didn't make it into the note?
If something worked well:
- What did you like about the output?
- Did a recent change make things better?
If you have an idea:
- What feature would make your documentation easier?
- Is there something you keep having to edit manually?
A note about privacy
We have no visibility into your provided input or note. The feedback you submit is just the text you type in the feedback box -- we don't see your session summary or the generated documentation itself.
So if you're reporting an issue, please provide enough context that we can understand what happened. (But of course, exclude any protected or identifiable client information.)
This feedback really matters
We mean it. Some of our most-used features came directly from feedback submitted through this box:
- A therapist mentioned they always had to add a sentence about medical necessity → we built Custom Instructions
- A few folks asked for British spellings → we added Find & Replace
- Someone suggested a way to remember what to say during recording → Sticky Notes was born
Your feedback shapes what we build. So if you have thoughts after generating a note, take 30 seconds to share them. We're listening.
