Yes, absolutely. Each clinician has their own completely separate workspace. Only templates are shared, and you have the choice between keeping templates private or sharing with your team. All clinical content, notes, and summaries are completely private to each clinician.

One team member cannot see another's clinical content under any circumstances.

Yes! When creating or editing a custom template, toggle the "Share with team" option to make it available to all team members. This ensures consistent documentation formats across your practice while allowing each clinician to maintain their own private templates as well.

Yes. Each clinician can create their own private templates and set their own custom instructions and preferences. You can also create shared templates that the whole team can use. The team owner (the person who created the team account) manages all billing, payment methods, and team member invitations. Team members cannot see billing details or payment information -- they just get unlimited access to Quill as part of the team plan.

No, never. The team owner and administrators have no access to any clinician's clinical content, notes, or summaries. Each clinician's clinical work is completely private and secure. Administrators only manage billing and team membership -- they cannot view, access, or retrieve any clinical documentation.

Yes. The team owner can remove team members from My Account at any time. When removed, that clinician loses access immediately to Quill, and the team's cost adjusts automatically on the next bill, with the unused prorated amount being applied to that next bill. There's no penalty or cancellation fee for removing team members.
