How to Reach Quill via Email

For feature requests, questions, or anything else -- you can always reach us by email.

Sometimes you have a question that doesn't fit neatly into a feedback box. Or maybe you want to have a conversation about an idea. Or you just want to say hi.

For any of that, email is the way to go.

Our email

You can reach us at: jon@quilltherapysolutions.com

That's Jon -- one of the co-founders of Quill. (The other is his wife, Jen.) We're a small, family-owned company, and we read and respond to every email ourselves.

What you can email us about

Really, anything:

  • Feature requests -- "It would be great if Quill could..."
  • Questions -- "How do I..." or "Is it possible to..."
  • Issues -- "Something doesn't seem right with..."
  • Ideas -- "Have you ever thought about..."
  • Just saying hi -- We love hearing from therapists, even if it's just to share how things are going.

Response time

We're pretty quick. Most emails get a response within a day, often sooner. If it's a more complex question, we might need a bit longer to look into it -- but we'll let you know.

We genuinely appreciate hearing from you

Running a small company can sometimes feel like shouting into the void. When therapists take the time to email us -- whether it's feedback, a question, or just a kind word -- it means more than you might think.

So thank you. And please, keep the emails coming: jon@quilltherapysolutions.com
