Subscriptions, Payments, & Invoices
Manage your subscription, update payment methods, access invoices, and cancel anytime with no penalties. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Go to My Account and click "Manage Plan (via Stripe)," then select the cancel option. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Your billing period starts the day you subscribe. If you subscribe today, your next bill will be exactly one month from today on the same date.
Go to My Account and click "Manage Plan (via Stripe)," then click the pencil icon next to your current payment method to update it. Changes take effect immediately.
Go to My Account and click "Manage Plan (via Stripe)." You can view and download all past invoices under "Invoice History." Invoices are available for the entire duration of your subscription.
We'll notify you via email and automatically retry the charge. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method in My Account. If you need assistance, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Quill doesn't store clinical notes or summaries -- your EHR is the sole repository for clinical documentation. When you cancel, your account settings and custom templates are preserved in case you return, your access continues until the end of your billing period, and there are no penalties or fees.
