May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Just a quick thank you to the therapists showing up every day and doing this work. It’s not easy to sit with people in difficult moments, day after day, and still show up with focus and care. Especially given the current climate, the demands of society, the inadequate pay, the aggressive tech companies, the list goes on...

And to the clients doing the hard work in the other chair, on the other side of the conversation -- that takes a lot too. Kudos to you for finding the support you need.

And to anyone thinking about reaching out, or trying to find the right therapist, or just figuring out where to start -- we hope you keep going. It can take time, but it’s worth it.
