No custom templates yet — but you’re just one minute away from changing that.
Every therapist has their own style when it comes to documentation. Maybe it's an extra section in your progress notes, specific intake assessment details, or even a phrase or sentence that must always be included. Now's your chance to make it yours — exactly the way you like.
Quill has developed a new feature to let therapists create and customize and fine-tune these templates. Once created, these templates can then be used to generate documentation — with the therapist recording a brief summary of the important details, and then Quill doing the rest of the work!
Build your own documentation template — it's faster than you think.
1. Fill in the basics.
Just enter a name, short description, and a list of section names. That's all you need to get started. Seriously.
2. Let Quill draft it.
We'll turn your outline into a complete template with example content for each section — so you're never starting from scratch.
3. Customize it.
Add required phrases, switch formats, rearrange sections, add more details — tailor it to your workflow and clinical needs.
When you're done, you'll have a ready-to-use template. You can generate documentation by providing a summary of important details, and Quill will fill out your template for you. (And you can share your template with your team too!)
